House Rules
Simple expectations that protect the property’s quiet atmosphere.
Little Rose is positioned as a calm, luxury stay. These public-facing house rules help set expectations before arrival, with further practical details available in the Welcome Pack after booking confirmation.
Before you book
Use the practical pages as well as the legal ones.
The strongest direct-booking experience is transparent and useful. Read the legal guidance here, then use the planning pages to check whether Little Rose fits the kind of stay you want.
Why this matters
Good policy pages reduce uncertainty before a guest enquires.
They also protect the owners by making key booking terms visible in advance.
The aim is clarity, not fine print for its own sake.
Policy point 1
Little Rose is positioned as a quiet, peaceful stay and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, amplified outdoor music, or disruptive behaviour.
Policy point 2
Only approved pets may stay, and only where this has been agreed in advance. Unapproved animals, additional guests, or unauthorised visitors are not permitted.
Policy point 3
Guests should follow heating, waste, parking, access, and departure instructions provided in the Welcome Pack and pre-arrival communications.
Policy point 4
No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, fireworks, bonfires, or unapproved outdoor cooking equipment are permitted anywhere inside or around Little Rose.
Policy point 5
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition. Exceptional cleaning, damage, key loss, lock issues, or rule breaches may result in deductions from the security deposit and further recovery where necessary.
